I’m Rose Goheen, and helping people feel confident about their insurance decisions has been my focus for more than four decades. Since 1983, our agency has proudly served individuals, families, and business owners in Virginia Beach, as well as throughout Virginia, North Carolina, and Maryland. As one of the first women agents in Virginia and a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), I’ve built my career around making insurance conversations clear, approachable, and centered on what matters most to the people we serve.

Conveniently located near the intersection of S Plaza Trail and Virginia Beach Boulevard, our office helps customers prepare for everyday life and unexpected moments with Auto Insurance for the road ahead, Homeowners Insurance to help protect where you live, and Renters Insurance and Condo Insurance for those whose housing needs look a little different. We also assist with Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Business Insurance, and coverage for motorcycles, boats, flood exposures, and more as needs change over time. Life Insurance is a particular passion of mine. In 2019, our agency received the Life Happens Service Recognition Award, reflecting the importance we place on helping families protect the people who matter most. I am a longtime member of NAIFA, have served in multiple state and local leadership roles, and am honored to serve as the 2025-26 Tidewater President. I have also been recognized with the State Farm Crystal Excellence Award from 2013 through 2025. Beyond the office, I support the Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters as a volunteer and fundraiser, and I value staying connected to the community I’ve called home for many years.

A proud graduate of James Madison University, where I earned my BS in 1979, I continue to bring that lifelong commitment to service into everything we do.
